At The 3 Believers Shop, every item is made to order. This ensures the highest quality and allows us to produce designs with care and purpose. Below is our complete shipping policy outlining processing times, delivery expectations, and how we handle any issues that may arise.
Processing & Production Times
All products are made to order through our production partner. Typical production times are:

2 to 5 business days for most apparel

3 to 7 business days during peak seasons (holidays, special releases)
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, it is shipped directly from the nearest fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type, destination, and current carrier rates.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This is normal for made-to-order products and depends on which fulfillment centers handle your items.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

A reshipping fee may apply, as the item was already produced

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check if the carrier left a notice or marked it at a pickup location.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will send a replacement at no cost once the issue is approved.
International Customs & Fees
For orders placed outside the United States, customs fees or import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
