Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Because all items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind. Please review the product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

What if my package is lost in transit?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges because each item is printed exclusively for your order. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before completing your purchase.

How long do I have to report an issue?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we may not be able to process a replacement.
